2. Enrollment and Payments

By registering for a course, you agree to pay the stated fees. We offer two payment options:

• Full Payment: A one-time payment covering the entire cost of the program.
• Installments: A flexible payment plan spread over two months. Failure to complete installment payments may result in the suspension of your access to the course and withholding of your certification.

3. Refund Policy & Guarantee

We stand by the quality and authenticity of our programs. We offer a Professional Credibility Guarantee. If your certificate is not officially issued by iTTi New York and verifiable via Credly as described, you are entitled to a full refund. For standard cancellations, refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 10% of the course modules.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, lesson plans, and content provided during the training are the exclusive property of iTTi. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly share these materials without written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all trainees to maintain a professional demeanor during their interactions with instructors and peers. Harassment, disruption of classes, or academic dishonesty (such as plagiarism) may result in immediate dismissal without a refund.

6. Modifications to Terms

iTTi Algeria reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
